EU privacy rules mean shake-up for digital marketers

Europe's new online-privacy rules go into effect this weekend, and that could prove problematic for many marketers, Lisa Arthur writes. All cookies will now have to be opt-in, making it far harder for digital marketers to track visitors and effectively target their ads.
