Whoa! Facebook charging $710,000 a day for log-out ads


Brands hoping to advertise on Facebook's log-out page will reportedly need to pay $710,000 for the privilege. The ad unit costs $160,000 a day, but is only being sold to brands that also spend at least $550,000 on homepage ads. So far, Bing, Ford's Mustang brand and the "Titanic" rerelease have all been featured on log-out page ads. ZDNet/Friending Facebook blog
